EMDR, Trained in Level I and Level II Treatment, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a powerful and highly effective therapy for those who have experienced trauma. This treatment transforms the meaning of painful events by re-wiring how memories are stored in the brain.

Compared to traditional forms of therapy, EMDR treatment allows individuals to experience the benefits of therapy more quickly. In fact, in one large study by Kaiser, 100% of single trauma victims and 77% of multiple trauma victims were no longer diagnosed with PTSD after only 6, 50-minute sessions.
